Coach Sagnella has been the head football coach at North Haven High School since 1997. He is just the fifth head coach in the 70 year history of the program and his 26 seasons are the most in school history. Coach Sagnella also holds school records for most games coached (283), career wins (163), league/division titles (13), CIAC playoff appearances (10) and postseason wins (9).

Sagnella led North Haven to the Class MM State Championship in 2022 and 2023 and his 190 career high school football coaching victories ranks as the twenty fifth most all-time and the fourth most among active coaches in Connecticut.

Coach Velardi has been an assistant coach at North Haven High School since 1997.

Coach Ricciardelli is a North Haven High School alumnus from the Class of 2003. He has been an assistant coach at North Haven since 2005.

Coach Wolkovitz is a North Haven High School alumnus from the Class of 1994. He has been an assistant coach at North Haven High School since 1995.

Coach Harkins has been an assistant coach at North Haven High School since 1997.

Coach Inorio is in his second stint as an assistant coach at North Haven High School. He began coaching at North Haven in 1997.

Coach Mozealous in a North Haven High School alumnus from the Class of 2001. He has been an assistant coach at North Haven since 2018.

Coach Narracci has been an assistant coach at North Haven High School since 2010.
